Default Parkour, ou l'art du déplacement.

I just got injured on my knee because of a bad fall from a not-too-high-but-still-high wall; nothing serious, but they said it could have been worse.

Anyway I just started running without any kind of reason, jumping over two to five stairs at a time while going up, or a whole little staircase while going down; and passing over little fences. I've got a motto "No matter what you do; what's important is where you put your weigh on"

My knee feels bad, but I think it's worth it.

I never thought on parkour seriously, though; but after doing some of these improvised exercises I feel it could be the beginning of something great.

What do you think?

I agree. Parkour is awesome. Well, watching it is.
I also agree with your signature.

As the proud owner of a 2 cm tear in my right medial meniscus, I hereby offer my shudders of sympathetic pain. Soon I will get to experience the wonders of arthroscopic knee surgery.

Parkour is beauty in concept, but look before you leap was never more true. Start small, Zenit.

I do some improvised things too, I live at the top of a hill and there's a shortcut down it which has stairs, I always run along them and jump down the stairs now
I also jump over small obstacles rather than going around them, and that kind of thing. Not managed to injure myself doing it though

Parkour, I love it! Taking a class for it and I can tell, it's the sport for me. I've tryed wreslting, golf (IKR, most definatly not for me) and thinking about football and track. Parkour is my way of also exercising, I don't bulk up by doing parkour, I'm more lean looking. Alot like the Na'vi.
